Visit with a volunteer guide for adults and youth
- Group of 10 to 25 people (volunteer guide and accompanying persons included in the total)
- Visit led by a volunteer guide affiliated with the cathedral: no external guides allowed.
- Headsets are mandatory (rental from an approved provider): headset system with a microphone for the guide, allowing them to speak softly (not to be confused with an audio guide).

Tourism professionals (agencies, tour operators, coach operators, etc.) are strictly prohibited from booking these slots.

Volunteer guides
Trained for adult visits (CASA) or youth visits (Youth Welcome).
Appropriate attire required
Shoulders and midriff covered, thighs partially covered, no transparency, no hats for men.
Access may be denied in case of non-compliance with this rule.
The visit is carried out exclusively using headsets rented from the provider approved by the cathedral. The package must be selected according to the number of participants.
Important: the number of people included in each package must be strictly respected. No additions will be possible (any additional person will not be equipped).
