To celebrate the first ringing of bells and Easter, Notre-Dame de Paris in 2013 joined the chocolatier Pierre Marcolini to create an exceptional product : a bell of Notre-Dame de Paris in chocolate !

The most French of Belgian chocolate maker exclusively offers in its stores a replica of the bell Mauritius, Grand Cru chocolate from Venezuela, Chuao.
This bell refers to the bishop Maurice de Sully who laid the first stone of Notre-Dame de Paris.
For this, the Cornille-Havard foundry has provided the chocolate mold made in 1/5th scale.

Gourmets and gourmands will first devour the eyes of the bell Maurice sculptures, created by the artist Virginie Bassetti. Then they can treat their taste buds savoring this exceptional chocolate beans from Chuao region of Venezuela, one of the best varieties of Criollo, according to experts.
